Client Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is called attorney-client privilege. This means that a lawyer, or any member of his or her staff, cannot reveal most things you say or show to your lawyer. This is true if you have hired that lawyer or just talked with a lawyer and communicated certain information. There are exceptions such as someone who reveals something illegal such as a scheme to defraud or give perjured testimony.
Code of Ethics
All attorneys are overseen by the Code of Ethics. Attorneys are responsible for upholding these ethics on a daily basis, through all actions. A specific right that lawyers are obligated to provide to their clients, is the attorney-client privilege. This signifies that a lawyer, or any member of his or her staff, cannot reveal most information that you say or show to your representative. If you have hired an attorney or spoke with an attorney regarding your potential case, you are protected under this right. The exception includes someone who reveals something illegal such as a plot to defraud or give perjured testimony.

No Fee Agreement
The DLG No Win No Fee Agreement is a pledge to our clients that if we are unable to collect financial compensation for damage on behalf of your case, you do not owe an attorney fee. Therefore, you do not pay a fee until our personal injury attorneys successfully recover fair compensation for you.
